Enthusia, our flagship event, offers first-year college students an engaging and hands-on introduction to the corporate world. Specially designed for freshmen, it serves as a well-rounded platform that helps them build important skills like business thinking, creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication. Through carefully curated sub-events such as Marketing, Public Relations & Crisis Management, Entrepreneurship & Finance, Enthusia encourages students to explore real-world scenarios, develop clear thinking, and present innovative ideas. It aims to boost their confidence and prepare them for future professional challenges.

This sub-event evaluates participants on their ability to handle external communications and unforeseen corporate challenges. It tests strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the capacity to maintain an organization's image during high-pressure situations.

This sub-event assesses aesthetic sense, clarity of visual communication, and user-focused creativity. Participants are required to create compelling design concepts that align with brand identity and communication objectives.

The Marketing sub-event focuses on brand strategy, market analysis, and creative campaign development. Participants are expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of consumer behavior and present innovative solutions to real-world marketing scenarios.

Combining innovation with financial insight, this sub-event challenges participants to develop scalable business ideas supported by sound financial planning. It emphasizes entrepreneurial vision, risk assessment, and the ability to present viable business models.
